We stayed in Dallas 3 weeks for my dad's surgery. At first we stayed in an apartment. There weren't any nights left so I found this house. It was such a relief to get out of that stressful, congested area of the apartment. Also, the house was very cozy and made having to be away for so long so much easier. First, the house is about 100 years old and it was fun staying there. The house has been nicely updated and was super clean. They had everything we could have possibly needed. I would say this is the best air b&b I've ever stayed in. The host was very accommodating and communicated back quickly to questions. Check in and out was very easy.The only suggestion I have is, if possible, leave some information on the history of the house for your guest to see. I love old houses and my imagination was sparked about the history. What was original, what was added? Also, sometimes old houses aren't in the best neighborhood, but this one was great! The neighborhood was very safe! All the old houses were so cute. We went on several walks at night. Thank you so much for everything.

The accommodations here were absolutely fantastic. My mom and sister were visiting me in Dallas for the long weekend and I wanted something spacious, cozy, comfortable, nearby all the places and hopefully, fancy. This place was incredible, I loved sitting out on the porch every morning and drinking coffee with my mom and sister and just relaxing. The house itself was so well appointed, loved the little dishes and cups and the labels on everything. This place really made our trip just that much more memorable and special. Thanks to the incredible contact Blake who was communicative throughout our entire stay, too. I can’t recommend this place enough - BOOK IT!

Property as advertised. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Will book again.

Great house. Clean. Lots of space. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Near SMU campus. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.
